The buy side is flat because of the length of time this saga has been going on. That is not intended as a criticism, this is the real world -- stuff happens, and we have had a couple of false starts with the SP. It is my belief that everyone who wanted to be in, is in. That is why there are no buyers, it's nothing sinister. For those expecting to unload on the run-up before and/or after spud -- tough, didn't happen.
If you can't stand the heat, don't go into the kitchen, but in any event it won't be long now.
