i do have a few questions about the possibility of a reset event in case the tol should not be available by oct. 15. can anyone clarify what this would exactly mean? reset the complete loan of usd 225m? is this just about renegotiating the conditions/price of the conversion? is there an automated trigger? what happens if mount kellet suggest a ridiculous price? does curtis have an alternative? what could that be? tia don
