IMO this is a terrible deal and I don't see much value for shareholders. First, they have plucked the valuation for Reset out of thin air, just so they can do a capital raise. No revenue, in a very early stage market with a tenuous as best road to profitability. Huge regulatory and other risks.

Secondly, the shares we are given will be unlisted and virtually unsellable for the foreseeable future. A large amount of effort and expense in putting together a prospectus etc for something that really should be ignored and continue as a subsidiary or simply given away and sold. At least a sale would have capital come back to LGP shareholders.
