The board could also use their power for good. It would be quite a turn around should RES benefit from its relationship from NOBLE rather than the other way around. It would be quite the feather in the cap for this board, professionally, long term... May even look at it as a possible vehicle for consolidating coal supply, ability to improve share price dramatically and position them selves to facilitate a takeover from a bigger player if/when coal prices increase.
