Big volume on JSE followed by strong interest in Oz today, particularly on the open. Not that I would in any way presume to take Fancy’s role in calling the finance approval, but it looks to me that it will likely be some time this week (or very soon after). By the way, party one was IDC (approval given last year), party two is the mystery party (looks to be a bank of some description) whose approval was announced on 3 June so party three must be Noble Group. They are a foregone conclusion to approve seeing as we already owe them 50m odd (ie if they don’t approve we would most likely default) and they are the ones who have kept RES alive for the last five plus years. Practically inconceivable that they wouldn’t approve - we’re just waiting on the signature which should be any day now!
