Hi, came across several new stories and anecdotal stories that residential builders had masses of people through the door, trying to cash in on the gov schemes,both federal and state. Here in WA a friend of mine has yesterday been told by summit builders that their prices will go up as of today. i had a brief look as ASX listed builders, of which there aren't too many. Some early research points towards SIO, AVJ maybe Lend-lease. I'm sure there are more out there but I haven't had time to research. Keen to take a position tomorrow, so very interested on others views
