Free will I see where you are coming from but I don't think someone buying an Inv property does so with this in mind.
Who is immoral in my view are the real estate agents who spin all kind of rubbish to pressure people into buying now when they themselves not it's overpriced. Who is also immoral Is the govt who allows agents to operate this way and continues to clip 5 percent tax from every property purchase in stamp duty.
Btw - I know a few girls who live in shopping centres.
