    Along with excessive growth above trend, 15% YOY for several more years, I'd also be looking at 90 day arrears and types of loans being issued.
    Low interest rates could attract marginal borrowers who now fit under normal criteria.

    Banks are still more conservative than lead up to GFC.

    Our share-market would also need to rise substantially in a short time, and we are still well under pre GFC peaks.
    No bubble.

    With inflation still within lower range, I feel there is no need for further cuts.
