Last week it was reported that PLL hadn't yet even applied for a mining permit and it would appear most investors here had overlooked this fact. But as the company makes a move to apply for a mining permit residents living in the town which will be right beside where the open pit mine is planned have come out fighting against the proposal. 5 out of 7 Gaston County Commissioners say when the County has to vote for the approval they may reject it.
Things are not looking good for PLL so investors need to take this on board and be very wary of all the ramping going on here since the Tesla name got mixed up with this stock. DYOR is the way forward.
