Criminals (gangs) have finally realized that its rich pickings in posh areas. It took them awhile but they are coming to a street near you.
Pretty soon people in affluent suburbs will do what affluent people do.
They will bypass the police and employ private security.
Its easy for a group of people who live in say 20 blocks in a suburb. All they have to do is hire 2 armed guards in two cars to patrol said 20 blocks.
Look at South Africa and other such spots. Now we are importing the same element. So our wealthy friends will implement the same methods to control the problem. Of course the gangs will be pushed back to less salubrious suburbs to terrorise the poor innocent locals who cant protect themselves.
