Whats so confusing all you do is pick the data that suits your view eg
I will take SQM vacancy rate for Perth = .08%
SQM Median value for Perth houses = $535k
REIWA properties listed for sale = 9,050
BIS predictions for growth = 20% 3 years
Perth is booming
But if we use
REIWA vacancy rate = 1.9%
REIWA median house price = $485k
SQM properties listed = 17,000
Residex pediction = flat
Perth has busted
They are all a load of crap. Just go to home opens and find out yourself.
