i wouldnt say perth is booming, the decline will begin very soon, CAPEX projects all peaking and soon we should see a lot of the mines workers start to come back to perth looking for work, the miners wont be able to afford the expensive lifestyles anymore, keep an eye on the mining services stocks over the next year
