Have to agree with Falcon re CAPEX projects peaking. Definitely a lot more "professionals", (engineers, project managers, draftsmen etc), looking for work now than there was twelve months ago, or any time in the last few years really.
This has to be flowing down into the trades, who make up a large chunk of the "cashed up boguns".
