I don't see SL as a Troll. I see a few others on here who are the troll's.
I think the trolls are just jealous they don't own properties. THey wish they had but they lost all their money on the ASX. So they come here to the property thread to tell us were about to loose all of ours.
It jealousy, regretful behaviour. Why else do they need to comment on here. They try and get a few bites.
HC for me is 100% entertainment.
I personally have my investment strategies and goals written down. I invest in residential property to hold for GC, purchase and develop blocks and buy development blocks to hold for future development. I also play on the asx.
I certainty don't take advise from anyone on here and I spend many hours per week monitoring the asx and property market. Imagine if you listened to some on here who said not to buy property in Perth in 2010.
If you listened to this terrible advise you would be a few hundred thousand dollars behind. I bet they don't make that on the ASX.
