If you put a piece of cheese in front of a mouse the mouse will move forward to take it. If you keep putting out cheese other mice will turn up and the numbers will increase exponentially. Eventually you say enough is enough and you withdraw the cheese but the mice keep turning up because they believe that it is their right to have that cheese. Unfortunately in the chaos that follows the mice do not fare well. It doesnt matter how much you attempt to control the process the mass of mice just moves around any obstacle and reappers. The result is allways the same. The only effective choice you can make is not to put the cheese out in the first place.
