Reminder - Howard had it down to 3 boats a year -

look on the graph in today's Melbourne Herald Sun - like a share price - number of boats plummetted to almost nil - then, in 2008 up it went right to the top - like a blue sky share on adrenelin!

And remember everyone - Wayne has told us - they will now be known as "People Smuggler's Boats" please!
