Now that the legal fraud is complete and that GENESIS has absorbed DACIAN, it will be interesting to see how long it will take to resign (or be resigned...) the directors of DACIAN who have become useless.
But I have the impression that after having betrayed the shareholders, they will still stay in office the longest and bleed the company even more dry !
Let's wait and see how the GMD board will react, which modestly describes itself as: "Outstanding management team with a proven track record"!
