I'm not from a mining background (so probably should stay away from investing in them- or should I say losing money in them). However, surely in your contract as a senior manager/ CEO/CFO/MD /GM whatever, there has to be some KPI's that would include share price appreciation of some kind if you are managing a public listed company? Or am I as delusional as some of my recent stock picks?
