So there's 20mil performance rights still on issue with the vesting conditions being a 5 day vwap of 10c or above, lapsing 25/02/23
The director's have until next Friday (Friday the 17th) to get it up there to have a shot at free shares for the 5 day vwap.
Is this the ultimate late play by the board? Be interesting to see if this runs continues until the 5c/6c range the next week and then who knows maybe they have a juicy acquisition in the works to get them the rest of the way.
