Coda Minerals Limited (“Coda” or “theCompany”) announces that following the completion of the First Equity CapitalRaising, the Company has received the resignation of Ansteel Nominee DirectorMr Li Zhiqi.
Ansteel retains a contractual right toa single director on the board of Coda if it retains a shareholding above 15%in the Company. Ansteel’s current shareholding in Coda is 20.82%. It is the policy of Coda Minerals not to pay fees to nominee directors.
