That leaves NOD with Bourke as the only person I know of with real management experience and capability (and those who read know my thoughts about him). For a company of this size, it has to be particularly concerning that the only experienced ED supporting the new MD has fled for greener pastures. Rick Blair will have to step back into his executive/management role that saw considerable shareholder wealth destruction via price declines. Whatever the NTA of the company, if management can't establish proper systems to control costs and projects, and win new projects, it will just be continually eroded until the liquidators are brought in by whoever owns the debt.
