    I'm sure some directors just sit on boards to earn fees and would resist moving aside. Seems like he has the best interest for shareholders to grow this one.

    As far as I can tell Athan took a failed toy company and turned it into a potentially large iron ore player. He obviously has the right skill set and ability to attract a great team around him.
