The Company advises that Mr Geoff Fennell has resigned as Chief Financial Officer
of the Company.
Geoff joined Tele-IP following the acquisition of the PGS and Able Communications
businesses and played a major role in the transfer of clients and the integration of
the business operations of these companies with Tele-IP, and the rationalisation of
duplicated functions, locations and other resources.
Geoff also supervised the introduction of a fully integrated accounting system, with
inventory control, management reporting and client service delivery applications,
which now covers the operations of the merged businesses.
Mr Dennis Payne, who worked with Geoff as Financial Controller during the
introduction of the accounting and other administrative systems, has been
appointed as Chief Financial Officer.
Dennis holds a degree in Economics from Monash University and is a Certified
Public Accountant and has had extensive experience in accounting and finance
roles with major national and international companies over a twenty year period
including positions at the Ernest Hillier group, Heinz Australia, Optus
Communications and Cadbury Schweppes.
