You're right.
The ASX doesn't enforce its own rules, many times have seen a huge "spike" in SP, while a company is awaiting drill results, to see the results come back positive many days later.
In the interim, what caused the surge in SP?
Definitely won't be buying any until assay result is ann. and even then may not bother with the one hole wonder of the century.
Hope everything turns out as expected for those that have already invested.
