All previous exploration confirms a large porphyry system is present at Chanape:
* Breccia cluster (>50 breccia bodies) covering 2km x 1km area
* Widespread propylitic alteration (actinolite, epidote, chlorite)
* Widespread sulphidisation (pyrite with chalco, bornite)
* Widespread gold, silver, copper mineralisation (in breccias)
* SP Anomaly (subsurface expression of pyrite zone)
* Magnetic Anomalies (subsurface expression of skarn and/or
deep propylitic/potassic alteration)
* Another Porphyry nearby (Toromocho 1.4Bt at 0.51% Cu + Ag +Mo)
* Satellite porphyry-related Au-base metal deposits


Slide 16 (last page) ‘why invest?’
*Exploration company well established in Peru
*Large porphyry project with large tonnage potential
- confirmed >2g/t Au eq over 100m in one breccias (OF 50)
- another breccias with Au over 200m interval
*Steady news stream as chanape progresses through discovery and resource definition stages
*Likely rerate potential as drill out commences next month (The company said this THEMSELVES!)
*TSR since last raising = 53%

It’s clear that management clearly know what they are onto here and have known since the end of last year if not way before that.

2013 – completion of surface geochemistry and alteration mapping, and commencement of drill out.

*Develop Chanape Project into large porphyry play
* Develop pipe-line of porphyry projects
* Seek value propositions with major mining houses operating in Peru or seeking to enter Peru – )(I like this bit a lot!!!!)
