If you want to minimize the risk in investing in Inca by following the above strategy, that's all very well.
But generally with 'uncertainty' of a resource, comes risk.
And with risk comes potential reward or the opposite.
So depending on how much risk you are able/ willing to take on essentially determines how much you're rewarded...
You won't be getting the same returns as others if you wait till the resource is more proven. That's my point.
