She probably had no other option ,the board said no to the request ,,end of story ,no need to find other reasons for her departure ,its simple 20 mill of scrip at a 50% discount seems to have not sat too well with the board .
We will get a Form 604 notice for sure next week from flexi plan ,,,appropriate name aye
