IMO, that's not at all how these things tend to work in this game.
As far as I'm concerned there is very likely to be more unknowns, much more than for than, for example, a theory about CR panic selling, that when in actuality was obviated by an announcement as being only baseless speculation, failed to inspire a recovery rally.
