She received her holding in decemeber. She contributed a paltry but useful 800 000 for that and this was all done after they discovered the porphyry body . Your assumptions on her contributions are wrong.
Then there's your math. You could have saved a hundred grand if your left with her? Only if she phoned you before the news release sport.
