travel.com.au Limited ("TVL") is a leading Australasian web-based travel company which is listed on the ASX.

TVL operates the widely recognised travel.com.au and lastminute.com brands in Australia and New Zealand. It is a leader in the on-line hotel, flight and holiday markets.

A syndicate of investors led by Co-Investor Private Equity is the largest shareholder in TVL. Co-Investor and partners acquired their 23.8% interest through a placement of new shares in July 2003, subsequent on-market purchases, and the sale of Arnold Travel Technology Pty Limited to TVL in a related party transaction in December 2004.

Roger Sharp is Chairman of TVL.
