'Nexus Energy Limited (ASX: ASX) announces that Don Voelte, Chairman and Non Executive Director of
the Board has tendered his resignation with immediate effect. Mr Voelte who is also CEO and Managing
Director of Seven Group Holdings (SGH) has informed the board that given SGH’s strategic focus on
opportunities in the oil and gas sector, his position on the board of Nexus is no longer appropriate.'
