Amex, those were my thoughts also when I read this paragraph from the announcement.
''The Company has not yet appointed a replacement Chairman. The directors are considering this opportunity an appropriate time to appoint a Chairman and additional directors, who have the necessary profile and competencies to actively assist in the Company’s goals to list on NASDAQ in the USA.''
''An appropriate time'' could suggest that all concerned, including the chairman, knew the writing was on the wall a while ago. Maybe it was a mixture of 'nudging' and his accepting that the job was out of his league? Here's hoping!
