Effective 13 February 2006, Michael Ilett has resigned as Company Secretary. Mr
Ilett, who was also the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, leaves to pursue business
opportunities, both in Australia and abroad.
The Company’s Directors thank Mr Ilett for his contribution and wish him well in his
future endeavours.
Effective 13 February 2006, Mr John Andrew Lemon has been appointed as
Company Secretary. Mr Lemon is a qualified solicitor, and has considerable
experience both as an in-house corporate lawyer and public Company Secretary. He
has previously held positions with a number of companies, including M.I.M. Holdings,
General Electric and Bank of Queensland.
