In my opinion there are no wind farms.
They may have some "projects." These projects are, in my view, similar to a architect that has drawn a plan of a house. There is no house ... just a plan.
The wings law wind farm proposal was rejected, no notification yet of appeal. The rest is just preliminary plans on paper. All the wind farm giants have those.
Why do the European wind giants need WHN?
That's why I think they will not develop any wind projects.
