Review : The Directors agree that the Charter of the Board of Directors will require periodic review to ensure that it remains pertinent to the company's stage of growth and development. The Directors therefore will annually review the contents of the Charter.

In fact I would take Resignation of Director R. Collins as a positive strategy for Lumacom as they Employed Sales&Development manager in Europe instead for more consistent contact and management. Employment of S&D Manager how Mr. R Sala stated in the Report will be focused in the development and progression of the previously identified and secure sites in Europe to full generating activities which will significantly reduce delays and will speed up revenue from the sites. So any negative speculations on resignation of Robert Collins should be disregarded.
