    The Company announces the resignation of Non-Executive Directors.
    􀂃 Mr Garry Lowder resigned from the Board of Macmin Silver Ltd effective 5 November 2008.

    􀂃 Mr Peter McNeil resigned from the Board of Macmin Silver Ltd and its 100% owned subsidiary, Texas Silver Mines Pty Ltd, effective 6 November 2008.
