There may be another angle to this resignation. I remember at a CBZ AGM several years ago, the appointment of a new director was challenged on the basis that it exceeded the maximum number of directors allowed by the companys constitution. With new directors being appointed with more relevant experience, Streeter may have put his hand up as the one to be replaced.
