Yeah,interesting, however as always with all A.S.X. Companies more details should have been given.
Interesting to see if THR will have a Replacement non-executive Director or if in fact they expand the Board of Directors to include a Director from a Financial Backer of Molyhil. That would make sense to me.
I think Non Executive Directors are basically only needed to form a Quorum at Board Meetings.
