Thinking about this over the break has me changing my mind slightly - based upon the staff members lost and the cases they were working on.
Head of Class Actions lost and star lawyer on the Ethicon action + the recent suggestions & murmurs of possible court reallocation of who will administer the Ethicon 'honey pot' is very co-incidental, too co-incidental!
Are they jumping ship because the damages allocation process, which is a dead set guaranteed fee 'gravy train' has been considered lost and/or are they putting their new company up as a credible lower cost alternative? It would make for a brilliant 'corner stone' client for a start up, that's for sure.
Why are we even thinking about expansion into the UK when our home based business is under attack?
