dunno about SPPs. I've seen enough of them that haven't given any time at all. But I do agree with rights and skimming over past announcements, it seems that AVB prefer to raise capital via rights anyway. Didn't see any SPPs in the last few years.
I tend to agree with Rich though. I don't think it is likely they'll need to do a CR, was just noting that it is a possible "risk" with options.
