Hopefully the difference being is management are not a bunch of the usual suit clad cowboys, this company and it's two geo's are not, can you just imagine the pre eminent Brazilian geo involved with the Carajas for over 10 years being called a cowboy?, don't think so,for him to remain with AVB is an achievement many would envy, he would be well conversant with Vale in the Trindade North agreement, how many juniors are allowed to have their own personnel on site with these JV's?--none as far as I know,most of them usually are given the bums rush, the fact that Vale has provided AVB with their drill plan this early supports my view, AM is no lightweight in this area, Vale certainly respects this man, but the clinical chartists starting up on here would not have factored this advantage in their calculations.
