The average volume for IMU for the last 12 months has been 533535 daily sales.
Therefore 2.2 million options converted to shares at 11 cents is not a huge number in holding the price down.
It is also probable that some of the recent sales in IMU have been made by option holders, selling fully paid shares prior to exercising their options.
In the next couple of months the price of IMU will be more effected by the forthcoming avian flu trials than the recent exercise of the options.
Hopefully the affect will be positive
