The recent resistance at 15 appears to be broken with strong trade at 16 cents yesterday. The next resistance is the previous high at 20 cents which is a good short term target of 25% for this stock (many fundamental traders will point the upside as much more than that). The volumes have been fairly consistent and large with a new "undisclosed" buyer lurking on the books in the last 2 days, mopping up some big numbers of shares.
