I don't think we have confirmation of anything. Dart's provided hopeful announcements in the past that have never come to anything.
The only reason Dart went up was the deal done by their neighbours and without something positive from either Dart or the Cuadrilla, it's hard to see Dart holding 10c. The SP has been going nowhere but down for 3 weeks with no sign of buying interest above 10c.
