Make sure you do some market cap comparisons, although it can be quite difficult with biotechs.
NEU MC @3.2c is around $42m diluted(correct me if I'm wrong)- quite reasonable, not excessively cheap at all.
At 10c $130m- not at all likely given the early stage they are at.
Compare this to ACL; and I'm not trying to spruik ACL; MC of $56m- already have 10% of a $340m market with their generic, and a promising cancer treatment waiting to begin phIII trial.
Check out others, CDY last broker valuation 13.5c.
SP now 1.7c...don't put too much faith in broker valuations IMO; especially when they have a vested interest.
