megatron thats a no from me been well publicised a cut is coming and been well factored in will be no surprise to the market
thats part of the reason fe stocks have been smashed the chinese asked for 60 looks like they may get 25-30 so in answer to your question its been forecast the market looks forward not back i see it having little impact on mmx due to offtakes already in place with posco etc
