    Globally, the World Health Organization has identified 75 cases of resistance to Tamiflu, or oseltamivir, and some cases of mutation of the H1N1 influenza virus in three patients in Norway as well as in Brazil, China, Japan, Ukraine and the U.S..

    In the morning, WHO ruled that similar cases occur in Mexico with the same mutation of the human influenza virus H1N1 that was found in Norway, which killed three people.
