to best of my knowledge there have been none associated with the latest pandemic strain - though there were a few with(3-4) some yrs ago associated with a polymorphism that went nowhere.I have also asked henry niman for his opinion on resistance to relenza - he replied it was a lot less likly than for tamiflu - for the structural reasons discussed previously on this site. Looks like we will be left with two antivirals - relenza and LANI . the demise of tamiflu is on an excellerating course promted by the rapid wide spread of swine flu followed by emergence of swine flu varient with h274y fixed - which will rapidly fill the void created when current dominant strain swine reaches it's natural platau (about now)
