    Hi BTV'ers it needs to close above 13c before blue skys. BTV have resistance at 11c, 11.5, 12 and 13 cents, with slight resistance at 14c. If it closes above 14c then a run above 20c is possible. Today it closed above both the 30 and 200 day MA. Also 10 crossed the 30 day and +DI crossed -DI with ADX starting to trend up. Vol is up and OBV is trending up. Starting to look very bullish. Happy to hold and hope to see it in the twenty's
