yep - its got nothing to do with resistance and everything to do with a world class tech having to adhere to un-ideal finance terms in a credit squeeze that is effecting even the big boys.
i work for one of the four pillars - we have just refused additional finance for one of the top miners listed on london/S&P stock exchanges. recently they were in the top 5 by market cap in the world.
point being, cash is king - here esi is giving all holders the equal opportunity to help fund what will likely be something to do with buying the IP, or helping get finance towards a plant, or something like this - SPP can raise up to $17mil - this is not for paying the milk bill - AND WHY NOW - i think its because they are about to do a deal.
